I want to thank your company for the outstanding work and performance we received. Since we began construction on this home it has been nothing but a nightmare. We had a GC that only showed up twice during the project, contractors that showed up weeks after their start dates, work not being completed, no communication for weeks on end, missing or failing county inspections time and again. This is NOT what we experienced with your company. Even with COVID-19 going on, you all were in constant communication with us. You kept us informed every step of the way. You even offered to supply dog runs for our fur babies when construction of the fence was delayed because of material shortages. Your installation teams were fantastic and took all our change orders with a smile. "Just wanted to let you know that Shawn and Phil were here today. I was given the wrong unit number initially for the repair needed so we looked around for awhile not finding the problem. But when I asked your guys if they would be willing to do some touch up on the fences that were slightly dinged during our roof tear-off (not an England Fence problem but they had the paint handy...) they were perfectly happy to do this for us. They left and then I discovered the unit where the problem was. I was able to get them back over (thanks Angela) and they figured out what happened and what needed to be done to fix the post.
